Catching Up...

...here are some pictures from the past couple weeks. We have been enjoying the summer and keeping very busy. As of yesterday, we have a mobile (slow) little guy.
One evening, Zach and I kept Cooper while the older boys went to the "Walking with Dinosaurs". Two 8-month-olds makes for a busy night!!

Fenny's latest answer to thunderstorms was climbing ontop of our basement television. We think she was trying to reach the window.

Celebrating Carson's 3rd birthday - dino style! Complete with an adorable from scratch dinosaur cake. Carson and Bennett are supposed to be showing their dino tattos...but Bennett kept "tickling" Carson.

Waiting for Daddy to arrive home from work and watching the evening Meridian Street traffic.

Bennett after "blowing" each attempted bite of blueberries and cereal at breakfast.

Soggy Fourth

Last weekend was lots of fun, despite the extremely wet day we had on the fourth. Friday evening we gathered with the Ford's for dinner and fireworks. Below Bennett and Poppie appear to be giving "fives" as they debate if each other will be awake when the fireworks begin...

Bennett lost. He slept through the entire firework show...I think Poppie may have been jealous. He is a fan of the earlier bedtime.

Saturday was full of indoor activity. Here, Bennett and his friend, Catie, show their dissatisfaction with not being able to swim and play outdoors.

My sister and I tried to take some pictures of Bennett and Cooper in their matching fourth attire, but the need to chew on toys/paci's and sleepiness seemed to prevail.

Wait...Cooper, where are you going?

Boing

To hear video make sure to pause music player located in the right sidebar.

We just took this video the other day. This has become one of Bennett's favorite toys..... as long as we do not place him in it within an hour of eating.

Ahh, Summer...

...a wonderful time to enjoy the prolonged hours of sunshine. This week we enjoyed family time at an Indians game - packed our picnic basket and found ourselves enjoying time on the lawn and we enjoyed friend time when the Leininger's dropped by for dinner and a play date.

Look carefully...two little teeth have made their debut.

If these two are anything like their mommies...they will give us a run for our money one day.
